Muhammad Aamir
Chief Executive Officer

Muhammad Aamir has joined the Company in year 2005 and was a key member of the team that launched FD Share Registrar. In 2005 he was appointed as the Head of Operations and later assumed the role of Chief Executive.

Mr. Aamir has 20 years vast experience in share registrar services and corporate consultancy department. Before joining FDRS, his services were tendered with M. Yousuf Adil Saleem & Associates (Pvt.) Limited. 

Muhammad Faisal

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Faisal holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has more than 14 years of diversified management experience in operations and compliance and has served as Senior Officer Shares & Compliance in Pakistan State Oil Company Limited since 2002 to 2016.

He then joined FD Share Registrar in 2017 as Head of Operations and has been serving the Company as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Abdul Nasir Naik

Head of Information Technology

Mr. Abdul Nasir Naik is a software developer and computer programmer. He has an experience of 17 years in system developing & programming areas and is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at the location. This also includes directing all IT operations to meet the requirements of the Regulator Bodies as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

Meer Rehman

Asst. Finance & Networking Manager

Mr. Meer hold Masters degree in Commerce (M.COM) and has qualified PIPFA. He has an experience in Finance and Accounts. He is infra certified by NETWORKING IN INFRA INSTITUTE.

Mr. Syed Mohsin Abbas Zaidi
Dy. Manager Operations & Administration

Mr. Zaidi is associated with F.D. Registrar Services since June 2007. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Karachi University. Before joining FDRS, he worked as Shares Officer in M/s. Technology Trade (Private) Limited.  A part from the operation, he also supports by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

Mohammad Ishaq
Head of compliance & Internal Audit

Mr. Ishaq holds a Bachelors degree with a vast experience of 40 years in shares operations matters and has delivered his services with Deloitte Pakistan & Technology Trade (Pvt) Limited etc.
